big gangster boss (straight?) who talks coldly and cruelly but has started falling for the uke x pretty gay student and convenience store part-timer who confessed to his crush and got rejected-ish and spills his woes to the gangster but now has trust issues (x the crush, who wanted to cheat w/ the uke wtf but then dumped his gf to date the uke but was rejected by the uke) (x briefly mc's um co-gangster) -omg i've been following this story forever and it's finally at its happy end -sobbing at the side story, it's SO SWEET (mc manages to get a picture of ml in his younger days smiling and has feelings and dreams, then commits to adoring ml's less open smile now)
