boss yiyeon x secretary lee nan (x friend w/ unrequited love jaeoh) -secretary (bi) once was rich and spoiled but then his parents died and now he lives responsibly w/ his older brother, who's... involved in organized crime -he runs into his boss, who he's thought was v hot, at a gay bar and is totally ignored -well then boss gains interest and proposes that they have a strictly sexual relationship -lee nan agrees except he already has feelings and dotes on his boss as the perfect secretary/lover while hiding his feelings -also jaeoh is there and in love w/ lee nan, who honestly set pretty strict boundaries w/ him but jaeoh ignores them to be a good "friend" (jaeoh is honestly so sweet i feel so bad for him) -the director blurs the lines by treating nan gently and taking him out to nice places, which makes nan think that maybe they could be something more -things come to a head when the director is seemingly hooking up w/ another guy (he's not, but he is treating him well...) and nan can't take it anymore so he confesses -the director shuts him down so nan quits his job -nan does not cope well at all and ends up running into the director at a club, and has sex w/ him -he keeps calling the director, who keeps answering, but their sex is empty and the director is cold :'( -untiiiil nan is at his limit and cries, and the director finally feels smth (but then that asshole other guy comes to the director again and nan calls it quits for good) -nan takes time off to clear his head and heals; he comes back and tries to look for jobs again but finds he's blacklisted -he confronts the director, who admits to being behind it and tells nan that he's fallen for him -but it's too little too late and nan's done done -so the director blackmails him and threatens his brother and jaeoh, exchanging sex 10 times for their safety -nan v reluctantly agrees which starts another super toxic and hurtful phase of their relationship (nan lashes out at the director, who is hopelessly in love but also a tyrant) -after 8 times, the director goes full yandere and locks nan in his villa, essentially kidnapping him -nan tries to starve himself to get out, then resolves to hurt the director w/ words so he'll get tired of him -now on hiatus
