the art is beautiful and the characters' personalities are great except for the love interest bc omg wtf is her personality even and also the story is good except for the actual love story between the mc and the li which is funny bc that's literally the point of this manga but oh god it failed so miserably. but the characters are so beautiful, i finished this failed love story back in high school

SO for the last ten years the mc has been the reader of this one fantasy novel online, in fact he has been the only reader after 100 chapters and this novel has been his only reprieve so to say. then one day, the ending comes but the last chapter is so short and cryptic that he goes ?? the author of the novel messages him and thanks him and gives him a gift. then, everything in the book starts happening. game-like interfaces and all, basically like solo leveling but the mc is more sympathetic and is also not op bc he is after all NOT the mc of the novel, so he just uses his reader skills and brain to finish scenarios and stuff
