So our FL is fully aware that the witch can brainwash people, and yet...she doesn't stop to think that maybe her ex-fiance was also brainwashed...? Could have been brainwashed for a long time beforehand, even. Does she just not care? Imo, being mentally controlled by a vengeful witch is a valid reason for committing treason and should be forgiven. On another note, I adore the FL and ML's relationship, though I'll always hate the "I'll never fall in love with you haha" trope, why do you have to state it??
