OKAY WHAT THIS DESERVES A LIVE ADAPTATION the times I have cried a river for this is beyond measure it's so impressive. I love how it dealt with such topics with a proper and climactic poise, the plotline was exceptional!!! This is such a gem and it deserves much more recognition from what it receives right now. The characters and the story itself are so well-written and considering that it even has great artstyle is literally the cherry on top I love love love this so so much 10/10 very heartfelt. THE METAPHORS. THE MESSAGE. THE STRUGGLES. EVERYTHING. IT GOES SO WELL IT'S PERFECT IT'S SO POETIC THIS HAS GOT TO BE ONE OF MY MOST FAVORITE PIECES THAT I HAVE READ OF ALL TIME!! I still think it ended soonerr — no side stories ANYWAYS I would totally reread this in the future if it ever crosses my mind and I would totally recommend this to my friends. This BL manhwa is a rare gem, it has so much essence, like it gives me the will to live HAHAHAHUYUYHUHUHUUH!!! MUST-READ, PAGE-TURNER, THE AUTHOR IS SO STELLAR AND WITTY If there was a novel version of "Best Left Unwritten" like the one Haejin wrote I feel like I would finish it in one sitting. As I repeat, the story is so poetic, I LOVE IT!

I cried on every single chapter, also, are there two endings? Chapter 4.5 and 6? Since there's like the word "end" on both. Anyways, my pillow is so wet from tears after this what made it more heartfelt was that coming from a religious family, I somewhat related to the their story :(( It's not that typical happy ending story; they never got their happy ending.. :(( It's a good way to end the story that they both died at the same time, in the ocean of no memories, albeit, their love story will always be a memory to me I still can't stop crying bye!!! I'll just fantasize that they reincarnated in stable families and achieved their happy ending without negative forces and whatsoever... They don't deserve what happened to them :(( They're just broken and found love.. I love the story but it just ended so soon and was super tragic might be recommending this to my friends because I don't want to suffer alone

I forgot to put this on my already read list last time, but anywayss!! IT'S SO CUTEEEEEE especially the artstyle and characters (though there are some parts that scared me byee) The side stories broke me though, at least they had a happy ending in the main story Live laugh love mara and joel they're so so cuteee

THE SIDE STORIES HEALED ME!!!!!! Okay so like I had a hard time navigating through the early chapters as I was puzzled and disturbed with the plot. There wasn't that much romance in this story but the action helped me read through it (I got really invested) I like how their story progressed through the chapters and I feel like the plotline would be different if soohyun and eunsung just decided to interact during highschool (I WOULD LITERALLY LOVE TO SEE ALL THE FLUFF) and yes the plot was overall nice considering that it wasn't much of a romance story; I felt disturbed when some sexual parts were forced. Some of the main points of this story that I really liked were the symbolisms of eunsung and soohyun playing chess — metaphors are my favorite. Another thing is that both of them finally fell in love with each other after going through that topsy-turvy road (a very arduous one indeed), and THEM RELIVING THEIR HIGHSCHOOL YEARS >>>>>> yes I can agree that they were robbed of their highschool years and it was so heartwarming how all the fluff made its way to the side stories️️️ I still can't get over the fact that they NEVER said I love you to each other, although it's obvious that they love and can't get enough with each other They started the story with "A familiar room, but a figure who doesn't belong there..." to "A familiar room, but a figure who finally belongs there..." JUST HOW FAR THEY'VE COMEE!!! I LOVE EUNSUNG AND SOOHYUN SO SO SO MUCHHHHH

I haven't watched 2gether the series YET and I'm planning to watch it because of this manhwa ️️️ and yes I cried so many times reading this This goes to my favorite fluffy list now!!! This amount of fluff made me cry because I would want a love story like theirs huhuhu and I LOVE THE SLOWBURN HWHEHEHAHEHEHEHEHEHEH This manhwa raised my standards in men like if he wanted to he would. Soohyuk's perseverance in making Taein his >>>> ugh I love them so much️️️ I want to see a side story of gurin with the blue haired guy (I forgot his name sorry). It lowkey annoyed me that Taein kept running away from what he really felt and I also kinda liked it because slowburns are top-tier (he's just confused). I'm so happy for them finally being together!! Both of you have come so far and you deserve that happy ending ️️️ Might be rereading this soon if I ever feel like it

THIS IS MY 100TH MANHWA/HUA/GA READ IN MANGAGO!!!! yayyyy!! After reading 100 teenage boys, adult men, and supernatural male creatures finally achieving their happy endings of their fairytales, it helped me give gay romance another chance!! I really fell in love in reading these cute stories (except for the ones that were traumatizing and had bad endings, yes I'm talking about you go go to 2008, obey me, fruit of the tongue, lima syndrome, etc.) and hopefully I meet my prince charming someday just like Joo-in

Can we talk about the vocabulary used in this manhwa?? I had to go to merriam webster once in a while while reading LOLL ANYWAYSSS I LOVE THIS MANHWA SO FREAKING MUCH LIKE THE DELIVERY OF THE SCENES IS SO ON POINT AND CREATIVE!! Romantically speaking this isn't really the genre this manhwa fits into but psychologically speaking YES THIS MANHWA IS EXTRAORDINARY! At first I was really confused with the plotline but as the story progressed everything just kept getting better and better I love the portrayal of the tin soldier and the dancer metaphor, like how this was derived from a novel GOSH I WANT TO READ THE NOVEL VERSION OF THIS SO MUCH BUT I JUST CAN'T SEEM TO FIND IT!!! Nonetheless being set somewhere in the past it was kind of odd how homophobia wasn't predominant? What made this manhwa special was the portrayal of Unit 731 or such how human trafficking was normalized back then for the sake of science and integrating romance into this was EVERYTHINGGGG I love Lewellyn so much even though he's lowkey murderous HE HAD HIS REASONS LIKE IMAGINE BEING TORTURED AND TREATED LIKE A DOG SINCE BIRTH?? IT WAS A MIRACLE THAT HE EVEN SURVIVED.... Lewellyn's commitment to Shavonne is unmatched :((( IF LEWELLYN IS LIKE THIS WHY SHOULD I LOWER MY STANDARDS IN MEN?? (kidding! I don't want a psychotic man huhu) being filled with angst throughout the manhwa most likely around 99%??? it was so depressing how the most happy part only unfolded at the last chapter, YES ONLY A SINGLE CHAPTER. I really wanted to have side stories or even just a detailed portrayal of how Lewellyn and Shavonne's life got better after finally shutting the lute penitentiary once and for all, so the ending felt kind of rushed? I literally couldn't stop crying despite the fact that everything ended happily between Lewellyn and Shavonne because their horrendous past would keep reminding me of the hell they've been through and tried so hard to escape from :((this is really a very very great manhwa it's my current favorite in terms of the psychological genre! IT NEEDS MORE FLUFF!!!
