Definitely drawn and written by someone who has done art design (either adverts or fashion). It reminds me so much of Readers Digest Condensed illustrations especially the collections from the pre-1990 hardcovers. I love the way Kotteri imparts her story: incredibly minimal dialogues and through the first thing we see; the art.

A day in the life of a bookstore employee... The last five chapters felt, more or less, like anecdotes of the author's life after her career change rather than full chapters.
