This couple and their story is just so warm and lovely, it’s nice to revisit them every now and again ~ Mao and Hisashi my darling cinnamon rolls 10000/10 Just a sweet sequel to an adorable sort of angsty series that holds so much love. Also this writer is fantastic and her art is so gorgeous with so much movement and style in every line.

It's a comic by Scarlett Iberico enough said. Thankfully it didn't get weird like I was afraid of but the art is beautiful and the characters are lovely as usual

I’ve loved this series for a long time now and have reread it more than a few times and it is so lovely with each pass and with each addition to the story. The characters are all complex and so lovely and the story itself is lovingly crafted with intrigue and mystery; with all the world building, and character growth it feels so 3d. Also there is something to be said about art that’s so dazzling and beautiful that the style and colouring are instantly recognizable and breathtakingly complementary. Just so beautiful and lovely; I will love this story forever and it is already seared into my brain
