I_like_Dogs's manga / #Yaoi(482)

yeah, no it's shit. Like it's not super awful, but it's definitely not good.

This is fantasizing rape. This isn't a "tsundere" uke, it's a man who was taken advantage of when he was drugged and intoxicated. Their relationship is so incredibly forced and toxic, you shouldn't be forced to love the man who raped you. I do admit, when I had first read this manga, I found it endearing and cute. I thought it was nice that they started "loving" each other. But now when I look back at this, I can't find it cute or endearing, it's almost Stockholm Syndrome. Also, the relationship is incredibly toxic. Soichi, a homophobe and the uke, never really agrees to the sex (never initiates, consistently doesn't give consent) and he is also exceptionally toxic to Mori (the seme). Soichi is violent, yet he tries to keep Mori after he's been raped, it's so toxic and mentally unstable. I think (though I can't quite remember if this is true) Soichi consistently insults Mori as well. So, yeah, I can't bring myself to like this manga, it's just awful.
