I usually don't comment on any stories but damn, when I tell y'all I was frustrated and bored throughout the whole story-. Hyunjin was very toxic, he cheated on his first gf and they just glanced over that and ignored it?? Second of all I understand that he was anxious and that's not wrong per se, but the fact that he never got rid of that anxiety and just made it worse by acting possessive and demanding which in the heat of the moment was a nice touch to the drama but he never fixed it so where tf was the character development? Plus his backstory could've been more complete cause his reason was "cause I'm an only child." Like ok, and? Although I did like his parents being hurtful at first but then understanding and Hyunjin still not being completely trusting so that was a nice drama plot. The mc on the other hand wasn't all that bad but still she fixed nothing, she just accepted it and ran back to Hyunjin with no rationality in her mind whatsoever. Sunwoo though he wasn't all that bad, I liked that he at the end understood that it wasn't wrong to like the mc, it was just a natural reaction and he just had to fade his feelings which is completely normal so that was the only character development there ever was. THING IS this story could've been completed in 15 chapters and it would've had the same drama, plot, climax and "resolution". I felt like I was in a loop just to end up in the same place as before fr, the story started and ended in the same way and the drama was just the same over and over again, and yeah the climax of the drama was good but it wasn't surprising at all. I really did like however how hyunjin said "Isn't me being obsessed over you what you wanted?" that honestly was the best argument he could've said cause the mc wanted it but once she had it she was overwhelmed so it just added that villainous spark to hyunjin which for that fight scene it was all it needed. Another thing to add is that, yes the mc had a tragic backstory but I feel like they could've used that way more or explained it better! Instead they used the episodes for the same shit again and again instead of explaining an important part of the mc's story. But fr I feel like I wasted my time on 60 episodes when it could've been 10. Me personally I wouldn't read again at all nor recommend it to be completely honest. Art was cute and the parents were the only relief I got from this story.
