Actually, I was the Real One
Was really interested in how the FL would square off against her fake sister, find out the truth, gain her father’s love, etc. but that’s all being drowned out by this love triangle drama. “Oh no, one flamboyant bad boy and one earnest loyal knight are lowkey fighting for my hand! Whatever shall I do?“ Like. Is the female lead seriously losing herself in flower fields and pretty boys while she still has no idea why Cosette is trying to ruin her?

I Won't Be Breaking Off This Engagement. You Know That, Right?
Though I May Be a Villainess, I'll Show You I Can Obtain Happiness!
Perfect quick bites of different villainess stories for anyone, whether they’re new to the themes or familiar already. A couple of these have received a lot of support already, so I’ll endorse a favorite that I think is underrated. Vol 2 Ch 2 is an absolutely gorgeous example of a villainess who is intelligent, charming, and realistic. Everything she says to the love targets is scathing but true: it’s the heroine’s fault for getting close to engaged men and the men’s fault for not setting boundaries. I just love the way she tells them to shut up so elegantly, and they listen because of her commanding presence. And upon having her engagement broken, she immediately finds a better man, with a clear understanding of the politics in her world. It’s my favorite kind of villainess, who leaves her enemies scorched and buried with a gentle smile on her face.

The Struggle of the Villainess. I Realized I’ve Reincarnated Into Another World So I’ll Break off the Engagement and Find My Soulmate
I like the villainess, but Prince Garret is either naive or has the backbone of a chocolate eclair. Man can’t seem to speak for himself, let alone stand up to anyone. Incredibly small dick energy.
