main plot is pretty common, but art is good and it's romcom too, kinda enjoyable. also lol, it's pretty obvious from chapter 1 that the top is offering free rent if the other person is willing to be their lover, and obviously that includes sex, in which again in chapter 1 the top explains what he wants, so, it aint really "disgusting", there's explanation of wants/needs and boundaries and consent as well. i suggest that the summary should include the actual summary and just put a TW, to avoid further issues.
