The art, the story pacing, the dialogues, the panels - everything is good and I have no complaints. I just wonder why everything is orange shaded, but it's understandable if that was an artistic choice. Overall a good read, and I can't wait to read more. The translators also did a good job and made me enjoy this webtoon more.

This is so cute!! It's actually refreshing to see fluff webtoon like this! I appreciate serious webtoons but sometimes a good love story like this can be enjoyed~ Tho the pacing may be a little too fast, but in the past ppl get engaged pretty fast so i'd say it has some accuracy lmao I just hope the "pretend" part of their relationship gets cleared up soon, it's obvious the two of them are so whipped for each other Also it's not that they mean anything bad when they say the MC looks "plain", it just means they prefer her "simple" over "gaudy" and "flashy" women that, as they say, only sees our ML Jeremiah for his status and not for who he is. Hope to see more of them their love story is just so cute <3

Will wait until the manga version is back and maybe when the recolored version is taken down. Chapters 1-8 was good tho, will wait for more chapters to see how it is

The novel is available in NU and isn't completely translated. Up until: ch. 20 as of writing this. SPOILERS BELOW !! pls dont repost/copypaste this spoiler TW : violence, manipulation, etc, typical tags for male yandere content as usual . . . I read a little from NU, and in the few first chapters they had to deal w an annoying teacher, who even took Mai's gift supposedly for her brother, and made it so the student council (mai is the vice pres., her brother pres.) do the same as Mai's gift, for a story telling event for kindergarteners. It eventually ended w them being forced by the teacher to continue that event anyways despite the dangers (there was a k!ller on the loose n they were minors) and so her brother (not related by blood) concocted a plan to expose that the teacher was "bullying" Mai after the event in front of the students n faculty by showing a video of her actions. Turns out her bro knew all along whats been happening. Even when it looks like he's helping her, in the end he wanted to catch the k!ller (to watch the st@bbing) and since that teacher fit the description, he made it so the k!ller will stab the teacher. Mai finds out abt this too. Then they went to Mai's non related grandpa, and it was the grandpa that let Mai know that Makoto's (her bro's) mom was in fact not abusing him, but was actually got dealt with and eliminated by him at age 5 or so. Apparently his mom is scared of him due to this. At this point we get a confirmation he only sees people as disposable baggages. The grandpa wanted to warn Mai abt the kind of person her bro is before his brain surgery, "while he's still sane" (- in his own words). Around this time, her bro started to feel irritated w who Mai hangs out w, or how Mai defends her grandpa more than him. It looks like from her bro's perspective her bro really doesn't care abt her up until when Mai got hit by a truck, thinking that the cat will get run over but she was the one who ended getting hit instead. She wanted to prevent her bro from seeing that scene cuz thats what triggered her bro to become a full fledged "psychopath" in the original d3ath game "manga" (according to Mai). We see something change w her bro then, like he even got angry at her when he'd always been apathetic towards her. At least it seems by ch. 20, he's finally recognizing her existence. Really interesting read, but since there are more ch. in NU i might lurk there for more rather than here. I'd still wanna see how it gets comicalized tho. Will update this comment if there's more chapters.
