Spoilers after ch.72+ of the webtoon from the novel for those who cant wait and havent read it: . . . . . . . . . . . Penelope will explore the cave w the crown prince and find out abt magical stuff secret of the palace, this will also help them get back but the crown prince is injured and everyone blamed Penelope for it. There was a trial held and the ppl testified against Penelope spouting lies abt her crossbow when it was just a magical tool that will erase ppl's memories. When this was brought ro light it was found out which nobles tried to assassinate the crown prince. Penelope crushed her enemies but also found out that her brother didnt fully trust her. They still finished the hunt and Penelope won cuz of the Crown Prince winning the bear and gifting it to Penelope, and all the hunted animals given by the other male charas to Penelope paled in comparison. Even Vinter the magician gave her something which shocked a lot of ppl, even Penelope. Penelope decided to make a fur for Eclise from one of the hunting gifts that was given to her. She goes home to try to raise Eclise's affections which alarmingly goes up so easily (or gows down, at this point Eclise' affection was high enough to not be seen so she can only guess at this point), and she noticed there was something weird about him. He started clinging to her and was more affectionate than before. She decided she cant rely on Eclise' affection anymore, but the problem is she hasnt had the other charas' affection higher or as high as Eclise's, and her birthday/doomsday was near. The translated novel was up to here when I read it, and honestly Eclise isnt that bad, he turned yandere but according to spoilers his ending was a tragic one. He may hav been a yandere but he never did anything that will harm Penelope. The male lead of course is the crown prince, idk how his affection went up but I can understand why he's the ML. Still feel bad abt Eclise tho :") i just wish at least he had a happy ending...
