Hm?? I smell a possessive ML... the whole ghost thing seems like a classic gaslighting the ML is doing to her, prolly planning to make her so scared she willingly goes into his room. He did mention in the cave that he's changed strategy after she mentions he's become kind. Assuming the 1st chapter is how they end up, looks like ML succeeded into manipulating her into a toxic relationship where they can't live without each other, making the FL possessive too. We'll see how it goes, but he's been warning her not to run away so I'm convinced he's yandere. The "ghost" sounds she hears probably the ML's clients' chosen targets if he's the "Phantom".
