Quite depressing pasts for both characters. I also agree that reincarnation was just a way for the original couple to meet again and couldn't show Takimura feelings for Ono-san.

The other couple was basically destroyed, I can't believe how twisted the murderer was. Killing people for his lover to chase him but end up in prison??? What kind of logic is that? No logic that's what it is.
