Jisatsuya Honpo
If only this wasn't a oneshot. Not gonna lie, this has potential to be longer. The art is good and the concept is pretty cool

It was amazing in the beginning! The storyline, art, character development but on the 100th chapter? Nah, just no. First of all, there are so many misunderstandings, the misunderstandings which are never resolved to the point it got annoying, this is a psychological manga, not a romance shoujo. Second, how come so many murders occurred but no one, literally no one was aware, not even the police department! Were the investigators stupid? How did his parents car crash on a well built road? There must be someone else involved, right? Did they not think that? How could the wife of the previous detective get so many unnecessary cases but never got a case on kyou chan? Okey, maybe he hid so well, that's why but she never tried to uncover the whole truth behind his husband's death??? Like, what miss??? Are you in your right mind??? or do you not love your husband as you say. How come the police didn't try to investigate his grandparent and brother's death??? If they tried, if the stupid female detective who thought she was sooo talented but she didn't even investigate the last, fifth bully who was alive??? LOL. There is a saying, "No matter how perfect a crime is, there would always be a trace left behind" What happened to that??? Shut up! Just shup up! This is so annoying that I can't read it anymore. Anyways, the torture scenes were fun to read but I feel like the author dragged the story too much. I wanted to keep reading it for the sake of the revenge and the new handsome blonde male character who was introduced until I got to the detective's wife part. It just keeps getting annoying.
