It's not entirely horrible. The first couple (childhood friend. Character A moved away and character B wanted a goodbye kiss before he left but A refused him. Fastforward to when they're in high school and A returns as an even bigger douche. I guess B is desperate or an idiot, he ends up sucking A's dick on multiple occasions despite being treated poorly.
