Binged it in 3 hours, beautiful and wonderfully satisfying

The story is a bit slow, and that can be a bit aggravating if you enjoy this story. And some actions of the male lead can also be a bit controlling or “stupid” like telling the female lead to not get close to her male worker she hired even though he was helping her treat a wound or actively putting the female lead in danger with the love rival. But the romance is developing at a steady pace instead of being rushed, and the female lead is actually very independent and keeps her ground for protecting her loved ones while not making any dumb decisions (strong female lead? YESSS POG!). You don’t see many Chinese manhuas with independent female leads who doesn’t loose all common sense once the male lead is in the picture now a days, it really is a nice revenge story although it isn’t finished yet.
