The daughter is a lesbian who looks like a guy for no reason other than to make this a fake BL, her mother is extremely homophobic and manipulates her telling her how sad she'll be if she stays a lesbian because she won't get married and have children, so out of pressure she goes to an all-male school disguised and ends up in a straight relationship that still looks like a gay relationship because the author watched too much Ouran High School probably. Not recommended, it's extremely homophobic.
