Nanohana Boys
Really, really liked this. You don't often see disability representation, especially not in Asian media. I have no complaints that I can think of. Overall, this was just a really goddamn cute story. The development of Yu and Kenji's relationship felt truly real and satisfying. I thought this was Shounen Ai going in, but quickly found out it's not To be honest, it's a bit refreshing. As much as I would've liked to see a pure, non-sexual relationship for once, seeing two guys in a close platonic friendship is just as nice. Adorable. 5/5.
The Story About You x Me
A pretty cute comic. I enjoyed reading it. The characters are nice and likable enough, and the plot is rather lighthearted with some angst thrown in. Though the story definitely is a bit too long IMO. Could have been condensed. 80 chapters is a bit too much for a story that isn't super plot heavy. However, it's always refreshing to see m/m stories that don't center around tragedy (like being rejected by family for being gay) or sex. I don't have too much to say about it, but it's worth a read for sure. 4/5 stars.
