A Historical tale portrayed in a Breathtakingly Beautiful Melancholic way chiming the foreboding Heart Ache. O: BROO IF I COULD RATE THIS A 100 STARS I WOULD. This is so damn good. Although some elements of the story were predictable, e.g. it was so damn obvious that they were already both in love with each other at the very start, it didn't detract from the story. The art is seriously pleasing to the eyes. This is so beautiful... I originally thought this was a sad manga, but actually it's not - but it does make you cry. The ending was honestly perfect, albeit still depressing in a way. I was so worried there would be a tragedy, but the tragedy tag isn't here for a reason! Their intimate scenes were perfect as well. Everything about this manga was great. Rereading... gahhh this was a good read, can't decide if it's a 9 or 10

P: Touji is an average high school student who is terrible at dealing with people and struggles with physical contact. O: Not bad, didn't particularly strike me though

P: Fynn has always been lazy: his favorite activities are skipping class, smoking, and lounging around. When his girlfriend breaks up with him, telling him to try doing something else for a change, he has no idea where to even start.One night, on a walk around the neighborhood, he comes across Niko stargazing on a hill. Niko wants nothing to do with this chain-smoking, loud-mouthed guy getting in the way of his astronomy— but Fynn is intrigued.What's up with this nerdy boy who loves to watch the stars, and why is Fynn so captivated by him? O: Ngl I wasn't expecting much since the cover didn't really appeal to me (I don't like the colours, it gives an old vibe), but this was actually a pretty good read! It's not all rainbows and sparkles, it's realistic - and that's what I love about this manga. I enjoyed the slow development btwn Niko and Fynn, and how supportive of a friend Zoe was, despite breaking up with Fynn, who ends up getting together with her friend Niko. This is a unique manga worth reading ^^ Technically is yaoi, since it has an NSFW scene, but is more like a shounen ai tbh. They seem to be a switch couple based off the vibes...? But who knows lol. Very nice pacing and plot.

P: When almost college dropout Jensen attempts to drink away his problems, unemployed Nathaniel suddenly pukes on him and ruins his night. As an apology, Nathaniel offers to help Jensen with his studies. Despite Jensen's difficulties in getting along with people, the two become friends and something deeper begins to grow between them... O: Interesting. Really nice art. So awesome how there's a representation of a pansexual character (Jensen). I love their relationship! It's nice how Risa isn't a b*tch, she is respectful and realistic. C49 - OMG it's an "action" scene... what a nice surprise

P: being-you: Woowon who has been living a poverty stricken life due to his useless father's debts and gambling ..faced major crisis when his mother health suddenly deteriorated & he even lost his part time job ..Thankfully he landed a new job as a delivery man at a pizza shop known for their handsome workers in a wealthy area by his friend ..During his job he met Seo-an , a rich heir with a trouble life ..who remembers meeting Woowon in the past when he was having a low time & Woowon's words encouraged him back them..but Woowon seems to have forgotten about that meeting ..What will happen when two handsome guy with troubled life starts to fall for one another .. lets wait & see O: This looks interesting... it's not your typical BL. It is interesting how much this focuses a lot on the character's emotions and thoughts. They both have it tough... :( C15 - ok so for some reason Yoo han (friend who keeps annoying Seo an) has a bigger body than I thought LOL he really has a baby face ig. C21 - oml Woo won :'( C28 - LOLL I see how it is C29 - OMGGG WAIT NOOOOO why is it always a phone call at the worst time smh C31 - awww nooo :( C41 - bruh the proportions are kinda off

P: It follows the lifelong relationship between Kain Walker, a New York cop who has hidden his homosexuality, and his younger blond boyfriend, Mel Frederics, an orphan with a troubled past. O: This is complicated, not my type tbh. Rereading... Wow I can't believe I put this off for so long - mostly because of the art and heavy story. Although it is not a typical manga I read, this was very good... I am glad I gave this another try. Feels more like shounen ai than yaoi tbh. I feel for Mel :( I was pissed at Kain at the start, but it was nice to stick around and see his character development. Sad but good ending. For clarification rape wasn't btwn main couple, Mel got raped a lot. This manga addresses issues of homophobia and dark topic e.g. suicide attempt, rape C1 - Kain?? C2 - yikes so much went down in this chapter C3 - bruhhh Kain really be cheating on Mel??? Ik Josh is a model but bruh... what happened to Kain sincerely bringing Mel to see his parents??? Can't believe Kain did it with Josh, even though he is jealous of him??? Bruh Cain really is just talking casually to Josh again?? Wow... I feel like Kain is gonna let the secret slip... Ahh, it's nice to see Kain being more understanding of Mel. I feel like one of them will be killed at the end prob because of Kain's job since it's risky C4 - oh man that sucks for Kain.. Davis has such a cliche reaction C5 - bruh Kain is so hotheaded. OMFG I knew Cain would let Mel's secret slip :/ Ok ngl it made me tear up seeing Kain's mum slowly opening her heart towards Kain and Mel's relationship, so lovely C6 - oh no Gersh :( C7 - Brian: "Don't die out there" Bruh I don't have a good feeling. Wtf... what happened to Mel??? Did he get threatened? Why did he not tell Kain he's gone? Omfg this happened the day after their wedding too :( C8 - wait what if Mel committed a crime or sth as unlikely as it seems?? Or someone is pretending Mel is dead. C9 - aghhh it's that sus dude that asked Mel for the time in C7!! Bruh why does Mel have to go through so much shit :( C11 - wait was this this old manga where one guy was a police officer and other a criminal??? probably thinking of wrong manga C13 - this is inappropriate but it's kinda funny when the artist does the shake shock realisation panel C14 - WTF Luna is Joey's sister?!?! Oml Luna, Mel and Kain are ok now?? C15 - man I feel so bad for Mel :( So glad everything turned out well though C16 - wahhh that ending... bittersweet? :( C17 - ok this chapter was not related at all to the main story, but it was still kinda depressing. 3-->5

P: InsomniacEnigma: Workaholic mc was strangely distraught after his friend's wedding (he was heartbroken without realizing it); he got drunk and woke up in a closed bar with the bar's part-timer taking care of him. He didn't want to let the guy to stay in the bar after taking care of him, so the mc offered to let him stay at his home for the night. O: This manga is an overload of cuteness xD Super wholesome. Oml I thought this was a shounen ai so I was surprised at that scene in C5 o.o. But yeah this was pretty cute
