While the seme has trauma because his birth mother attempted to kill him and gave him so many scars. This manga is good its old but good it just trigger a lot. Self harm and mental health was obv part of the plot.

Hifumi and Doppo they died in traffic accident and then they become a ghost. Hifumi wish to god to give him time because he was not able to reply to Doppo's confession. In the end Hifumi was able to convey his feelings to Doppo.
