SaYe

Ongoing | Wu zhe,Yuan dian gezi manhua,Zuoer cong dong | 2019 released

'i wish to have you by my left shoulder, with a smile by my right– i wish to run freely in your eyes– i wish for one look to last a lifetime.' it's amazing, i find the story itself quite solemn, some phrases can hit a bit too close to home. it's written really well—almost delicately, the characters' struggles and conflicts are portrayed pretty well that you can really sympathize with them as if you were the one getting opened up to. the pacing is also just perfect, at least for me. the progression of it all is not too slow but it’s also not too fast which fits my standards. really love their relationship too! they’re so heartwarming and i love the comfort of just them being together gives me, its so easy to get attached to them. though i've seen a lot of pretty similar art styles like this in some manhuas i've read, i still find it very beautiful and pleasing to the eyes– i'm only hoping it doesn't suddenly worsen as it goes on. i think out of all the manhuas i’ve read, this by far is the best one i have read i love its realism and how seemingly easy it is to be able to feel the characters as a whole.

Hidamari ga Kikoeru

Complete | FUMINO Yuki | 2014 released

“don’t you dare belittle the one person i care most about in this world!” it was absolutely amazing, i'm so devastated it came to an end already it's such a heartwarming and precious read! the lack of communication and misunderstandings frustrated me a lot but in the end, it was all worth it. they were perfect for each other, the way taiichi fell from the railing onto kouhei's spot as if he were sent from the heavens for him, was like destiny. i was so absorbed in the story, i just don't know how to reciprocate all the feelings that i had while reading it, into words– but being able to experience all the feelings that they felt throughout the story, like the happiness, excitement, heartbreak was a rollercoaster ride of emotions. truly a beautiful and genuine story, the representation of people with disabilities and the way they felt was well-done and can be used as an eye opener for some people.

Hikaru ga Shinda Natsu

Ongoing | mokumoku ren | 2019 released

"i know where we stand, but i can't help liking you" the plot is really unique and interesting! the art is very beautiful and aesthetically pleasing to the eyes, it somehow reminds me of chainsaw man in a way. i'm excited to see the story progress more, the current 'hikaru' is making it so hard for me to hate him, man but honestly... he didn't actually do anything wrong in particular except possess hikaru's body or maybe my mind's just too fucked up because i feel kinda bad for him, he can't even decipher which feelings are his or hikaru's but i don't really know for sure, maybe he might become evil later on— haha please don't. i'm not sure how this could possibly have a happy ending but we'll have to see.

Natsu no Teppen ni Saku

Ongoing | kotarou | 2019 released

it's very cute! i feel a bit off with yousuke though. if you look at it realistically– yousuke just got in a break up with his girlfriend and sure he did reciprocate kouichi's feelings but i just don't like the set up? it's full of uncertainties since he's pretty much liked girls all of his life and the way he wanted no one at all to know about their relationship.. just throws me off. anyway that's just me overthinking things! if you don't look too much into it, it wouldn't be a problem.
