Jibun Katte.

Complete | Hinako (ひなこ) | 2000 released

This was a good story, it was pretty short and sweet, but still made me feel like the characters had an actual connection. Things didn't happen too fast, it happened fast enough. This story is about childhood friends. They guy that you are made to believe is the seme ends up being the uke. The seme was even surprised that he wasn't the uke. The uke (the actual one who u think is the seme) gets in the way of the seme's relationships with girls and tries to break them up, and he has always done this. A lot of the story is the reader seeing this with current and past relationships. The uke tries to make the seme jealous and all that. Yeah, it was a good read.

Kono Ore Ga Omae Nanka Suki Na Wakenai

Complete | ogawa chise | 2012 released

Fujima Taisei is a high schooler who had grown up spoiled by the people around him ever since he was little because of his pretty face. In his pleasant school life, there was only one time that had become the only stain in his life, when a student named Okachimachi, whom Taisei had grown close to in order to get others' attention, had told him that actually he had never been his friend at all. Now Taisei wants revenge. What will happen these two?! From what I can remember this was pretty cute. The one guy (uke) was a hot headed type and the other (seme) was a quiet and laid-back type. These stories go one for awhile typically and this has been sitting in my bookmarks for some time now. It was cute but I think I stopped reading it after I lost interest.

Fuyu no Hanashi (Yamada)

Complete | Yamada | 2000 released

This is so cute and short and i wish there was more. They are so gay for each other its so cute, but they never confess or anything. The dark haired guy is always teasing his light haired friend about liking him and the light haired friend gets flustered or mad or both. They both seem to like one another, but alas, no confession, as mentioned. Wish there was more, super cute, a favorite for sure, really short, loved the chemistry between the characters. This is how you convey attraction and connection in a short story. The characters didnt have to have a monologue about how suddenly "their heart beats around them and they get all flustered now but why is that" sort of thing. They didn't have to confess (even tho that would be cute), you understand that they like each other and those explanations are unnecessary. Also holy shit yamada wrote this and it was fluffy and nothing fucked up happened.
