Two years prior to the beginning of the manga Kotou Tarou and Fuji Takahiro started out as sex friends but soon after Takahiro reciprocated Tarou's feelings and they became a couple. Fast forward, they've graduated and started living together. Unfortunately, Takahiro had an accident and poof, the last two years were gone.

Patisser Shizuku fell down the stairs and sustained a head injury that rendered him unable to remember only one person-- Sakai. He finds Sakai intriguing but can't figure out why.
