Well that's.......disappointing. I liked the prequel enough eventhough the support for jihyun from the commenters made me sick, but this one's just ruined it. The sex scenes between kyujin and chiwoo was too dub-con ish to be enjoyable (too many "stop"s and "dont"s and chiwoo's wishes getting ignored) just like millions of other trashy 18+ BLs out there. And wtf is with kyujin getting jealous thinking that chiwoo would want to get with jihyun despite knowing their past? And don't even mention the paralel universe chapters eugh. Man, i shouldn't have read this, what a shame.

Dropped. Thought it would be decent but nope, ML is the blueprint of a rapist and huge asshole who suddenly took turn into being a loving and caring man towards the MC. Classic rape apologist story.

Idk why this is so high rated, the storyline is so cringey, everything makes no sense and has 0 logic, the author is problematic in general and it really shows in the characters' actions and remarks. Also, who was it that told me this has no dubcon sex...........cries almost all of the sex scenes is cheng forcing cinian and cinian is always pissed the morning after like why??? I really don't understand why people call this cute and adorable, and why i've seen 0 people calling out the problematic things that happened and are said in this manhua.

A lot of people in the comment said that the ending made sense in a toxic way but i don't buy it. It was decent until after sungho tried to kill himself, and suddenly the characters made no sense at all. Dohyuns motivation to want to be with sungho just wasn't enough to offset all the abuse he endured. The authors still painted their relationship as something romantic and that dohyun was the one in the wrong and had to be the one who tried to make the relationship work like ??? It seemed to me that the authors wanted the readers to pity sungho (thus understood his reason for violently raping and torturing dohyun again and again) and the ending made it as if all of this was just some misunderstanding that could be solved as long as both parties work for it. I don't like it at all. Two stars because it could have been a good read if not for the conclusion.
