TW: onesided teacher x student, CREEPY AS FUCK TEACHER I ACTL HATE HIM Geez, what can i say about this manga? This and the direct sequel (http://www.mangago.me/read-manga/sotsugyousei/) are all i want from a coming of age/romance story. Trust me when i tell you that this is the holy grail of high school BL. So good and memorable. (This has tons of other sequels and spin off, they're good too. Just ignore harasen please).

TW: rape (multiple of times, not between MCs), violence, blackmail (not between MCs), trauma, homophobic language It's very triggering because rape was handled so casually like it was not a big deal. The dynamic between the MCs is the only thing that redeemed this manga for me.

GAAH just reread this and i didnt remember it being this painful?? Anyway, friends to lovers unrequited-but-actually-not-unrequited love is a tried and tested trope. Definitely one of if not the best -- and because this is from nagisa furuya, queen of shounen ai, it's even better.
