Fuwa use to be a detective but due to an incident he quit and became a bum. One day he is lured into a hotel by a promiscuous man , who is also a detective, to fetch Fuwa and bring him into a special task force unit set up by his old friend. Also, Fuwa ended up being partnered up with the promiscuous detective.
