Apparently they replace the awful people by doppelganger to improve/change mankind. One of the new employe Joon made mistake and gave the doppelgänger the face of his favorite idol. But to cover up the mistake, Doh Seong Ah still has to kill the guy that was supposed to be his lookalike, Lee Woo Yeol. He needs to do that to become a real human again (because he was a ghost). Wooyeol is supposed to be a serial killer according to Joon. Seong Ah is the name of the idol btw, since he didn't remembered his original name, Wooyeol chose that. But it might be his real name anyway, from the flashback/dream he had. Anyway, he didn't manage to kill him and got tangled with him instead. So Joon asked another doppel he created who already became human to help him. And it's Daewoo, the friend of Wooyeol (who seems to have feelings for Joon btw). Apparently, from theories/comments in the raws, it might be Daewoo who killed those 5 people or wtv, but under the name of Wooyeol/his agency.
