Why, in most of manhwa and manga, across all genres, do the mcs have annoying ass "friends" that sabotage them or are mean and threaten them and give more frenemie enemy if anything. And I don't want to hear that.It's realistic and it shows the human side of people.And emotions, because sometimes these characters are not even human.Secondly in real life if your friends are like this whether it shows they are human or not most people will dip from being friends because I know for a fact my friends don't act like that and it's not a matter of closeness it's just a matter of respect and morals
