Marronnier Farm Near by the Imperial Palace
The Beast Tamed by the Villainess
I read the translation from another site that I found in comments till chapter 68... and I'm hurting for Illiana. She gets inked dropped her, bottle and everything. She is also falling for the emperor like he planned, but the bright side of that is She is aware she shouldn't. I also thought the emperor changed his mind and wasn't going to do anything too harsh to MC anymore, but on the last translated chapter (68) he still planned to lock her in a cabin and give her the hell he experience, his words. I thought at least his plan would change because a few chapters before this, Illiana told him (she was drunk) that she knew his plans, to marry Cheryl and lock her in the cabin and that he was a character in a novel, but he kept those plans. Also he was supposed to marry Cheryl as a promise for the support of her (ducal) house and that her brother (?) I think was supposed to become a prince. Magnus was actually supposed to already have made her empress, but I think his feelings are a mess and Cheryl doesn't get why people want her to be empress when it'd be a fake marriage if anything. Most of the characters, despite the story progressing seemingly different, are still the same as the og story the MC knows. The characters we think like the MC enough to help her, are still using her as a stepping stone and are carrying out the plans that happened in the story, albeit a little slower. There is something from the dark knights that helps her wake up the knight with the green hair that we see in chapter 57, and I hope he and the group he's from are good people, especially to Illiana. I hope they help her escape or support her in time of need when she has no one. I haven't really read this entire story in awhile , only from chapter 57 to 68 today, but I can't remember why the og Illiana didn't get along with her mother. From what I seen, her mother seemed to be the most influential in the dark magic scene, as the dark knight guys mentioned her. Also the images we get from when she (the mom) was young, made it seem like she had a huge part in why Illiana was the way she is and why the dark knights are more prevalent. I think it was explained why Illiana ended up how she did, I just can't remember. It did show her saying the hopes Illiana doesn't gain her memories back so hmmm
