Incidentally Living Together

Complete | Shin Yuri | 2000 released

If you are or can be triggered by me mental health issues/death/attempted not alives/deep feelings of loneliness/and/or cancer of any sort, then this might not be the story for you. It was very well written, with beautiful art. Our man character has been through a lot and is very misunderstood by those around him. I’ll admit, I didn’t quite understand him in the beginning either, but as the story progresses, you’ll figure out why he is the way he is and may gain atleast an understanding for him and his situation. Although his relationship with our other main was at times comical and cute, in no way is this healthy in real life terms, and arguably achievable when dealing with two very mentally Ill individuals. Other than that, I highly enjoyed it and even though it got dark at times, and I had to put it away for days at a time to recuperate, etc. I do recommend it. 8/10

This was really well written, and I found myself unable to put it down. I love the story telling between our two main characters. Their interactions, the intimacy that the share(through glances, stares, interactions & especially during sex). This was definitely written in a way that felt authentic, kind of life going to your ideal cafe, with jazz music playing and that sultry/smooth atmosphere. When I recall many parts throughout the chapters, I think of the smell of coffee. The sex scenes on set definitely set the reader in a voyeuristics point of view. All of the characters are involved in important ways and keep the balance of the story. Our protagonists and his love interest have all experienced some things through their life, leading them to where they are and how to work past those things are pretty interesting. Overall this was well put together. I really enjoyed it. 9:10*
