I get that being quirky is like the new craze,, but honestly speaking, it only works if it fits the character's personality. In this case, It doesn't. Why is a 30 year old man whose way too busy being a workaholic talking like someone whose 18-19... It doesn't even fit his characterization. That man is 30 and suffering back pain !!!! Now, why is everyone talking that way especially the ML?? It isn't quirky, It's super out of place considering the characters personalities. PLUS, it doesn't make things interesting it does rather the opposite. the random 'Baby!'s are so corny to read, it makes the overall vol. 4 reading experience horrible. Please consider that how the characters personality is portrayed is reflected on the way they talk through the bubbles. The sudden change of tone takes you out of the story. (edit: thank u to the person who rewrote the dialogue for chapter 19-20)

I should really stop reading BLs that started a long time ago but was dropped bc this is just another form of emotional self harm atp
