well. its fine. i like this authors art and like. there's nothing wrong with this per say, its pretty standard stuff tbh. I just didn't vibe with it for some reason. i got a lot of secondhand embarrassment form how the characters were acting and i had to keep tabbing out to something else to survive >_>

it's not good but its not really bad either. it's just sorta standard vintage shounen ai.

cliche to the point it was dull. i honestly didn't like it much, just because it doesn't leave any kind of an impression. by the numbers mid tier bl manga *shrugs*

the problem with making one of the main conflicts between the leads the seme worrying this isn't a good situation for the uke is that. it kinda isn't >_> they aren't like super far apart in age (probably only 2-3 years!), so if they weren't drawing attention to it it really wouldn't matter. but pointing it out and the seme going ''ahhh man. i really shouldn't be sleeping with a highschooler'' makes me have to think about you know orz... also i really dislike how the seme did that thing where he acts like a fucking asshole to scare the uke away... i never like that trope whenever it comes up :/ aside from that... i like the initial setup for the plot but i don't love how it ends up going so. i don't think i'll read this one again. i did like the art though. the sex was pretty hot ehe... >_>

ch 13. I really like the art and the writing style of this one but the ml SUCKS! he's such a dick. and he weirdly thinks nice things but never acts on them >_> its early so maybe he can grow but rn i just feel so bad for the mc... baby deserves better. also the way the ml told basically everyone he knows that they slept together was so shitty. what an asshole. i've read a couple of novels with a similar starting point (struggling actor x his sugar daddy ceo who catches feelings) and i've always quite liked them. i think the difference here is the novel i'm thinking of the mc is determined to use the ml in return, hes a strong wilful character who is very aware of his position and is firm that this is a business transaction, one hes absolutely willing to take. the mc here is a soft sweet baby who doesn't really want to do this but he wants to act so badly he kinda has to... its different. even if its the same fundamentally, it feels way more coercive. that said its fine or whatever. im sure they'll fall in love eventually.

k i only finished chapter one but. what the hell man. really really like the art, the premise sounds really funny, love the uke hes so cute. it all seems to be adding up to a unserious but fun slightly smutty manag right? but like. tf is the semes problem. i was totally into his definitely in love with the uke but is only able to express it by negging him thing cus is fucking pathetic and stupid and i like that in a man but. why the fuck is his first solution to them getting stuck together to molest the uke T_T like huh. man. what. if they were like mutually ugh this sucks but i guess it'll fix it that would've been awesome but he just gets handsy out of nowhere he doesn't even try to justify it with a haha maybe this'll fix it he's just all in. i'm rambling about this because its late and i'm just flabbergasted as how demented that was of him to do. that said. whatever you know. its all still pretty lighthearted and i'm sure it'll be just fine when i finish this tomorrow but for now. i am shocked.
