So here's the thing. Personally, I love this work (novel and manhua). I already read the novel version so I got high expectations for their appearance, but was kinda disappointed. I especially don't like Qin Mo's appearance, but that's that. As for the story, it's cliche (like super duper) and the characters are stereotypical and too "perfect". Honestly, I've got no qualms with that if I only read stories with those characters once in a while. It's comedic and even the way they flaunt their love is. Honestly, I kinda want the characters to experience more hardships cuz they are just too perfect and it seems everything turns out easy for them. Gotta warn you tho, that this story only has flat characters, they never had character development. You're just gonna see them with their different aspects (also not very much, so the story is kinda boring in that sense). I really wouldn't go so far as to call Qin Mo manipulative (kinda?). I don't think it's the right word. BUT, he is cunning because of his wits and very bossy. He knows what he can do and he's prepared to do those. But tips to those who wanna read this: Keep an open mind but also don't overthink (if you do, you'd most probably notice stuff you won't like), and just go away if you don't like cliche Chinese Manhua with lots of their stereotypes. If you're a fan of face-slapping, enjoy the read (~_^)
