Ch. 3 The story starts in Okinawa, in a training camp-- the ace batter of the Lycaons, a notoriously weak professional baseball team with a record of losses, Hiromichi Kojima, is trying to find out just why his team can never make it to the championships. During his training, he discovers the game of One Outs, a gambling derivative of baseball, and the game's champion, Toua Tokuchi. The rule of the game is simple: if the pitcher can strike the batter out in three pitches, the pitcher wins. No one had ever been able to get a hit from Toua. This is the Lycaons' and Toua's fateful meeting, and it's here that the story begins.

Ch. 4 Kobayakawa Sena is a freshman in highschool. Despite his previous decisions to change his life, he finds himself in the exactly same place he was in during elementary school and junior high: a push over and an errand boy. However, this changes when Hiruma, the most feared person in his school and president of the American Football Club, notices Sena and forces him to join the Football Team. Now Sena will become Eyeshield 21, a mysterious running back with lighting fast speed.

Ch.17 He's short, weak, and has just transfered to a new school. Kurumatani Sora is the main character in this story who loves basketball. He has been shooting hoops ever since he was little and has been trying to grow tall just like his mother, who "used" to be a basketball player. What has happened to her and what Sora is going to do at the new school?

Ch. 12 Moogyum Kim, soccer superstar and troublemaker, takes a pay cut to join K-League's City Seoul, repaying a debt to his middle school teacher. There, he meets Hajoon Lee, a rookie coach who avoids him despite their shared past. Moogyum soon uncovers Hajoon's strange secret.
