so choi hyunwoo who was pretending to be blind and singing in subway, one day, a person was bragging his dream to the blind man and the blind man unknowingly encouraged him, only for it to be a murder, and only for it to turn as a story he was writing, then only for that to not be true and the bragger was really a murderer turns serial killer by the blind man's suggestion when he thought its just a story by the bragger. After knowing the victim, the blind man realized that the serial killer was targetting all the people the blind man knows,, (and in theory is possibly setting up the blindman for all the murder he does--ongoing)
