Well for starters the mangaka seems to have a love for the twisted and slightly dark semes and the average plain guy uke but can I just say how much I disliked the seme for those 2 chapters where he just mistreated and assaulted the uke. I felt like dropping the story right there and was like nah! This seme has all the signs of the toxic main lead we've all seen on Wattpad. Possessive, obsessive, super toxic, doesn't catch feelings but doesn't let the other party even interact with anyone else cause they're "his", childish and completely assholic. I am done with such characters, was done years ago . Also, felt like reiterating that this is NOT love. If you meet a person like this irl, avoid them at all costs. They're not with the trauma. It was sudden how he fell in love cuz the uke ignored him. I loved it when the uke called him out on his shit.and now's he all i love you, I'll treasure you. Bullshit. Utter bullshit. Do not waste your time. Also, our uke Yanagi deserves soo much better. He's a young boy falling for the first time and he didn't deserve the shitpile of trauma that he had to go through :/
