Despite a lot of reviews supposedly saying this is cringe-worthy...it's really not. It's interesting. It's not some average joe tossed into another life collecting a harem with reckless abandon. This guy was a badass, who likely puts Kenshin Himura to shame with his body count, who is sent to another world and inadvertently ends up with a harem when all he wants to do is enjoy some great food (of the Japanese variety). I am really enjoying this series and I can't wait to see what happens next. Basically, don't knock it till you try it, people!

The Hero will live long enough to become the villain, so the gods decide to bring in their backup plan to cut that life short. Isekai, but with a twist. I'm enjoying it.
