today I would like to spend a few words on this work. It is September 13 2022 and yesterday I finally decided to start reading this manwha, I had been meaning to read it for more than a year but I was always afraid to do it because I knew it was a sad story and therefore I didn't want to feel bad about it. I started reading and I could no longer detach myself from the chapters, they are not long but the story is well developed. I cried a lot both during and at the end of this story. Jiang Wengxu's behavior made me sick, sometimes I wanted to be there and beat him to make them understand what a shit person he was. The protagonist made me so tender that in every way he tried to hide the fact that he was sick and that he had little left to live, and that despite the behavior of "his lover", he always went ahead and never said a word about all this because he loved him and he will love him to the death. They spent more than ten years together and initially had a beautiful and super healthy relationship, while over the years Jiang Wengxu changed a lot and became violent and possessive, thus falling into a toxic relationship. I liked the doctor as a character a lot and felt sorry for him, but thanks to him He Zishu was able to feel loved again and important. I liked the two of them together and you could see that they cared for each other but for Zishu, Wengxu will remain the person he loves. Wengxu only realized what he was missing out on once he found out that Zishu had cancer. Although in my opinion he really loved him but he thought that they would stay together for life and therefore did not give weight to what he did, but once he realized that it was not so he regretted everything he had done to Zushi in recent years. He didn't deserve it. He didn't deserve his love. The final letter that Wengxu wrote to Zushi after his death made me cry a lot of tears, as I said in my opinion he really loved him but over time he didn't realize he was losing him, and therefore only after his death began to miss something. Because you realize how much a person is worth to you once he's gone. I loved this story, it is very realistic and totally based on real life, in fact unfortunately even if this plot is invented these things really happen. Now I have no other words to say except that this work is a masterpiece.
