Furthermore, the Doctor continues to have a sexual relationship with Siwon's brother and... blindsides Siwon by letting him into a play with his brother. Siwon is disgusted but because the Doctor is encouraging and guiding his hand, he uses a vibrating dildo on his brother. The brother... does not seem to know about Siwons presence in the room. For some, this might be incest, so please proceed with caution. All in all, this story seems to have a whole lot of drama that is starting to pick up, possibly a lot of angst. Perhaps the main relationship will become toxic due to Siwon's brother's involvement. I don't know how frustrating the misunderstandings and drama will get." That's about it.
