It's interesting at first, I think went a bit downhill later on and some things irk me, so much drama and people supressing & wanting to harm MC

Decent, capable MC as doctor(surgeon), the romance is honestly totally unecessary. But what worse is they ended it so suddenly... He hasn't achieve much and only ever do a surgery ONCE, soon after he suddenly move to foreign hospital because the current hospital didn't let him do surgery, then THE END?? What's all the progress for then?? They ABADONED IT nobody even knows his capability yet except some people in the hospital around him
