very heartwarming! a cute story about a landlord and their tenant slowly falling in love with eachother. Chiyo(the tenant) has been unemployed for 3 months and is late behide her rent, Mrs. Landlord lady is kind enough to offer a deal with her. The thing is, the deal is to sleep with her! Chiyo instantly shuts her down but later that night things have changed between her and the landlord. As I said this story is very heartwarming, seeing Chiyo fall in love with the landlord and being all shy about it is proably one of the cutest things ever. The art is also pretty eye-pleasing, I have seen stories with better plot but either way it was interesting how the story played it out, also the characters are easy to love since they're just so adorable! The only problem I have is that the landlord seems and looks young and that kinda puts me off, but other than that everything was pretty good.

AHHH ITS SO CUTE!! The grandma is so cute, but i think she's way too oblivious to the other kids feelings! Like she's a granny so she should be able to tell! But other than that it's super cute and I really like it. I can't help root for the dude with the black hair, I mean what can I say he's so mysterious and calm which is totally my type!(AND HE HAS BLACK HAIR) Hopefully he isn't a villain or something.. I like it but I wished it was more about her business!! She's also very obvious which is a trope I kinda hate, plus she is building a whole ass harem and I CAN'T TELL WHO THE MALE LEAD. PLUS I WANT AZ TO BE THE MALE LEAD BUT ITS PROABLY GONNA BE THE STUPID DUKE WHATEVER WHICH IS ANNOYING! UGHH THATS WHAT I HATE ABOUT THIS GENRE, LIKE PLEASE GIVE THE SECOND LEAD A CHANCE!!
