Very cute story but I felt that something was missing. Love at first sight is okay and all but they were little kids so I just couldn't see them being so in love with each other's looks that their hung up for years. Ashanti recognizes Kojirou so he has time to develop his feelings but Kojirou only finds out after a lot of time has passed. I wish he could have expressed something before he recognized Asagiri as the mermaid princess because he has been showing him affection for a while without it been reciprocated.
