What a mess. I honestly don't know what the author was going for, but apparently all of it. Mystic dream world/parallel universe shenanigans + Idols with a secret gay relationship they must keep a secret from their teammates and the rest of the world + family drama about neglectful parents + rapist brother + manipulative team member with a secret, hidden goal. It honestly just felt like the author couldn't pick a concept and therefor chose to include all of them. However, not a single story line was properly closed. The situation with Sihyuncs rapist brother was never resolved. Hell, it wasn't even explained properly to begin with. It seemed like he had a buried trauma there, that he couldn't remember. Then he sort of remembered, went to his brother to ask if it was true, and the brother said yes, and then the case was closed? Wut? Then there was this whooooole long ass plotline about a dream scape Sihyun kept returning to, to have sex with dream-eungsun. And apparently the dream-version was a part of him that was seperated from him and was trapped there. But it was never explained how, when or why (at least not very well). But apparently another team member was responsible, though AGAIN it was not explained how or why. He just wanted to be an idol? And dreams would help with that? But somehow Sihyun messed the plan up by entering the dream? Wut? We got half a chapter of explanation on that which did not actually explain anything. Then there was the whole back-and-forth between the couple. They really could not make up their minds for the life of them. And most of their drama and decisions made no sense at all. They just changed their minds, back and forth, for no discernible reasons. The last 10 chapters felt so rushed, it was honestly painful to read. It seemed like the author had thrown all these different plotlines into the air and then tried to catch them all only to drop every single one on the floor. The smut was alright, is all I can say. 2/5 stars.
Because It's Love
My dazzling ex-husband
Boring. And I don't like the ML at all. What an asshole, and he thinks he can just walk back into her life as he pleases? Evidently, he can otherwise the manga wouldn't revolve around the divorced couple. Sigh... Dropped.
