Koakuma Switch
I didn't really like this one. Most of the female characters were stupid and their most unique characteristics were of the negative kind. None of the stories really stuck out to me or caught my interest. More like, they often made me cringe. Can't recommend. Full review (contains spoilers): Ch. 1: The FL is a lier, bragger and a coward. I didn't like her. The story was pretty cringe. Ch. 2: This one was okay. The ML was a real bastard, but at least the FL realized that. They didn't get a definite happy ending, but that actually makes it more realistic and satisfying to read imo. Ch. 3: Though I didn't hate it, I didn't like it either. It was really disappointing that the author had to make the cool guy, who also had a sensitive and feminine side, not only gay but also obsessive and a bit mental. Like, come on. Could we get some more diversity on the gender spectrum? Making him gay was such a cheap trick imo. Ch. 4: I mean, good for them that they discovered a roleplay/cosplay fetish, but seriously guys. JUST FUCKING TALK INSTEAD! Communication, communication, communication. That's what makes a relationship work, so DO IT! What the FL did was really low and her husband foregave her way too quickly. It was seriously stupid.

This story is so boring, clichéd and predictable. The FL is bland and the ML is a walking cliché, but without any redeeming qualities, unlike others within the trope. Like, he established a Harem only to ignore all the ladies - even when they try to commit suicide or are murdered. He thinks of them as burdensome, heck he doesn't even want to pay their living costs. If you are so uninterested in taking a consort, then don't. Otherwise recognise your responsibility and take care of the ladies you've taken in. Don't just cast them aside and let them suffer. Like, wtf. Ofc the ladies in this story are all portrayed like shallow, selfish, annoying bitches to justify his actions and make the FL stand out as "the exception" and fit the "not like other girls" trope. But it's not only an overused cliché, but a stupid and mysogynistic concept.
