Carefree airheaded girl x obsessive boy. Iroha has never tried falling in love before. Suddenly she begins dating Kusakabe who is very experienced with relationships. However he has a habit of being overly devoted to and possessive of his girlfriend to the point where he becomes obsessive (and a little yandere). There are lots of funny and cute moments as the relationship of these two develops. I'm not a big fan of Kusakabe and the "possessive boyfriend" trope. He reminds me of the boyfriend of one of my friends from middle school, and he was a controlling asshole who tried to pull her away from her friends... I like Iroha, though. She's innocent and air-headed, but she still knows how to speak up and say no. Though I think she's a bit too lenient with Kusakabe.

Astina is tired of being pushed around by her older siblings, being told what to wear, how to behave and who to marry. So, when she recieves the news that she is to be engaged to the crown Prince, she trips, looses consciousness and when she wakes up, she pretends to have lost her voice. From then on, not only is her engagement called off, but her siblings pamper her and let her do what she wants. Unfortunately, one day while visiting the Royal library she is suprised by a man tapping her on the shoulder and accidentally lets out her voice. Now her secret is surely ruined and her life will go back to what it was before...! So far, there's only one chapter but it seems promising. It's not the most riveting plot, but it's cute, funny and easy to read.

The ML is just my type. Big and brawny, with a scowling face that makes him look Intimidating, but in actuality he's just a big softy. I have a feeling, though, that I'm not going to like the plot. Or at least that I'll be indifferent to it. The fact that the author brought in the "The protagonists know each other from way back, though only one of them realizes it"-trope, killed my small hope that the plot would be original. But whatever. I'll read it for the smut, bc for once it's consensual.
