The art style here is exquisite. The characters have depths. The storyline is also good. I personally am glad that women don't have to live this way anymore (it's so backward). The MC for example, is well written and I have to say, when I started reading this, I wasn't very keen on reading about anything that's noir - ish (I read anyway) and felt the characters' emotions. It's quite dark and heavy (so many social issues). I love both the MC and his team, and also the villains (it's very rare to love all the characters in a series). I get that some people don't like this story (each to their own). No, I'm not about to write review about this - I only want to point out I like this manga and anime. It's very dark and I love it! The manga is further than the anime adaptation (go watch on Netflix, it's awesome imo). The creators are GENIUSES.
