2024 Review: According to the MC, Julia is a quarter foreigner. By this logic, both of Julia's parents must be of European descent to have those features. He's basically Eurasian. I haven't read the whole thing, I've only read from here, ch 1. If I can find the raws, I'll go read them there. I do find this story cute.
