The fl is a baroness but of commoner origins. He’s way out of her social class. He’s smitten. Never paid attention to any women before her. She’s gorgeous.

SFL was supposed to be a villain, but started and stayed noce since childhood. Ogfl was the villain, but she later changed her ways, helped fl and they became friends. Quite unusual and refreshing in this typeof trope. ML the prince loved FL from the beginning and never gave ogfl a glance. Same with second lead. Nothing special, a bit meh. Skimmed through from halfway.

No isekai or reincarnation. Amazing angst moments. But i found stupid this whole desperate love being based on children puppy love of 2 weeks that leads to dumbest adults attachment and despair. Anyway, i wish the king’s guard Ahsel ended up with someone, maybe the empress of the neighboring country called Maha. Also the way they kept highlighting FL’s chest made it feel obscene in some scenes. A little hentai even.
